Authors retain full copyright of their published work. By submitting to World J Exp Biosci, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, host, and disseminate the article; this license does not transfer or limit the author's ownership of the copyright in any way.

Upon publication, each article is made freely available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) (see "License Terms" below).

If a manuscript includes material owned by a third party (e.g., a figure, table, or extended quotation from another copyrighted work), it is the authors' responsibility to obtain written permission from the rights holder prior to submission and to properly acknowledge the source in the manuscript.

Submitting the Copyright Agreement

Authors may submit the signed copyright agreement in either of the following ways:

  1. Download the Copyright and Publication Agreement form, complete it, and submit it to the journal; or
  2. Complete the online copyright agreement form.

Open Access Statement

World Journal of Experimental Biosciences is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely and permanently available immediately upon publication without subscription charges or registration requirements. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, reuse, adapt, and build upon the published material in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Consistent with the journal's founding in 2013, all content published by World J Exp Biosci from its earliest issues to the present has been made immediately available in open access; no article has ever been placed behind a subscription or paywall.

World J Exp Biosci fully endorses the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and is committed to free and unrestricted access to scholarly research in support of global scientific progress.
